We have over 35 years’ experience working with Varian/Agilent systems. We support all hardware and software configurations. Some Room temperature probe repairs are handled, pending parts availability.

Support for all generations of the Cold Probe is a specialty.

Computer systems/software support

Probes
Room Temperature Probes – Some repairs can be made to RT probes, pending availability of parts.

Cold Probes – A full spectrum of services are available for Cold Probe Support including;

Complete cryogenic system repairs, including coldhead exchange, compressor/adsorber Repair/exchange and vacuum system support, including pump repairs and rebuilds.

CCC support includes calibration of transducers and mass flow meters, molecular sieve replacement, along with the aforementioned coldhead exchange procedure. My expertise in this field yields the longest lifespan of the coldhead, and the highest efficiency, along with minimizing the possibility of oil contamination with best practice techniques and regular maintenance.
